How it works

Authorize once. Monitor events. Keep inventory work moving.

01

Seller authorization

Each selling partner explicitly authorizes the application for their own Amazon account.

02

Minimum necessary processing

The application processes only Amazon Information required for inventory and order operations.

03

Internal seller notifications

Operational notifications are sent only to the authorized seller's users, not to buyers.

04

Inventory workflow updates

Relevant order events can trigger seller-defined inventory workflow actions and alerts.

Data boundaries

Clear limits for Amazon Information.

The product is intentionally scoped to seller operations. It does not use Amazon Information for advertising, buyer profiling, market intelligence, or resale.

What the application does

  • Processes Amazon Information only after explicit seller authorization.
  • Uses the minimum data needed for inventory and order event operations.
  • Keeps each seller tenant logically isolated from other sellers.
  • Sends order and inventory notifications only to authorized seller users.

What the application does not do

  • Does not access buyer name, email, phone number, shipping address, or billing address.
  • Does not contact buyers or send buyer-facing notifications.
  • Does not aggregate Amazon Information across sellers.
  • Does not sell, rent, disclose, or share Amazon Information.
  • Does not retrieve Amazon Information from non-Amazon sources.

Security posture

Designed for a public SaaS review path.

Security controls are part of the operating model, not a later add-on.

Encryption in transit

Application traffic is protected with HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted between users and the service.

Least privilege access

Amazon Information access is restricted based on job duties and operational need.

Credential protection

Credentials, secrets, and access keys are stored securely and are not hard-coded in application code.

Incident response

Security incidents involving Amazon Information are handled through defined response and notification procedures.
